Innovative Learning Styles that Affect Administrative Achievement Educational Institutions to Learning in the 21st Century

Abstract
The objective of this research were 1) to study the learning innovations in educational administration for learning in the 21st century 2) to study the factors that affect the achievement of educational administration in learning in the 21st century 3) to develop and examine the validity of the model of the equation, the structure of the learning innovation model that had an effect on the achievement of educational administration towards learning in the 21st century. And 4) to study the model as well as making structural equation model of innovative learning that affect achievement in education to learning in the 21st century with sample management schools under the Bangkok 628 samples from all educational institutions in Bangkok which compiled by using statistical software packages the results of the structural equation model, the model of learning innovation that had an effect on the educational management effectiveness of the 21st century were consistent with the empirical data with statistical significance 0.05.
The result of research were found that the educational innovation model of educational institutions had an influence on the ability to manage educational innovation, educational innovation management, had an influence on the ability of educational innovation, educational institution management. Educational innovation had an influence on promoting the use of learning innovation in schools, learning innovation model of educational institutions to have influencing achievement in education to learning. The management of educational innovations had a direct positive influence on the achievement of educational administration towards learning. The ability to manage educational innovation had an influence on promoting the use of learning innovation in schools as well as the ability to manage educational innovation in educational institutions influencing the achievement of educational institution management to learning.
