A managing Model of Small-Sized Schools According to the King’s Philosophy Model

Abstract
This research aimed 1) to study the management small-sized schools according to the King’s philosophy 2) to create the management small schools according the King’s philosophy model and 3) to assess the suitability and feasibility to the management small schools according the King’s philosophy model. The research was mixed-method approach. The research process consisted of four steps was 1) studying the components of management of small-sized schools according to the King’s philosophy 2) creating the management of small-sized schools according to the King’s philosophy model by Delphi technique and focus group 3) analyzing the factors of management of small-sized schools according to the King’s philosophy 4) evaluating the suitability and feasibility of the management of small-sized schools according to the King’s philosophy model by 140 administrators. The analysis of the data was accomplished by computation of percentage, mean, standard deviation, median and interquartile ranges were also computed to test each of accordance postulated in the study and factor analysis.
The results of research were found that 1) the results of study of the management small-sized schools according to the King’s philosophy to be the administration with a middle way which consisted of the philosophy of the sufficiency economy and the working principles of the king in order to achieve sustainable school development. 2) There are five factors concern with the management small-sized schools according to the King’s philosophy model which consisted of sufficiency economy philosophy, understanding, connecting, accessibility development, and the work principles of the king. 3) The suitability and feasibility on the management small-sized schools according to the King’s philosophy were found at high level.
