The Development of Administration System for Assisting Invention and Innovation Vocational to Commercial in the Digital Age by Platform

Abstract
The purposes of research were 1) to study the elements of administration system 2) to develop of administration system 3) to test the administration system and 4) to evaluate the administration system. The methodology consisted of 4 steps as follows; to study the elements of administration system for assisting invention and innovation vocational to commercial in the digital age by platform with document, textbooks and 5 experts, to develop the administration system with 5 experts which were in information technology purposively selected, to test the administration system with 9 person which were the school administrator, the head of research innovation and other people, and to evaluate the administration system with 32 samples which were the school administrator, the head of research innovation under the Office of Vocational Education Commission. The research instruments were data record form, interview form, assessment form and questionnaire. Collected data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The results of research were found that 1) The elements of the administration system for assisting invention and innovation vocational to commercial in the digital age by platform consisted of (1.1) the import factors; (1.2) it was operated by a platform by PDCA; (1.3) the desired results were determined; and (1.4) the feedbacks of its system were studied. 2) The development of administration system consisted of (2.1) purchaser; (2.2) inventor; (2.3) product; (2.4) sales; (2.5) payment; and (2.6) report, which the evaluation results were at the highest level. 3) The result of the experiment by focus group to be accepted 100%. and 4) The evaluation of administration system was in high level.
