Education E-Learning System to Develop the Potential of Learners in Bangkok to International Standards

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to study the e-learning system and develop the potential of learners to international standards. To develop learners to have knowledge and ability in using e-learning technology in seeking and applying for students to be knowledgeable about the progress of modern science and modern world change. The samples used in the study were 400 samples. Probability sampling In the case of collecting questionnaires via Google Form with 400 students in Bangkok that used to study e-learning system, sampling, taking into account the opportunity that every population unit will be selected and able to estimate the probability. Choose random sampling by using simple random sampling by drawing method. The researcher chooses to pick the label once as many as needed.
The study indicated that the structure of the content covers the objectives of the lesson, found that most of them have a high level of satisfaction. Show that Education through E-Learning can coordinate with students and teachers to access many types of databases. Makes data more accessible and in the aspect of E-Learning enhancing self-learning skills, found that most of the sample groups were satisfied with the medium level. And E-Learning Effective in teaching and learning management. Make it interesting There are various learning activities, found that most of the sample groups are at a high level of satisfaction and E-Learning is an additional way to study and can learn at all times. Satisfied at a high level
Assessing the disadvantages of the E-learning system The true reaction of students and teachers found that Most of the sample groups had a high level of opinions, while the students and instructors needed to be ready to use the computer and the internet. Some students are unable to study by themselves, and found that most of the samples have a low level of opinion. Inability to communicate feelings It was found that most of the respondents were at a moderate level.
