Abstract
หนังสือ “หลักการในการสร้างและบริหารองค์กรของพระพุทธเจ้า” โดยนวพร เรืองสกุล เป็นหนังสือโครงการวิจัย ส่วนหนึ่งในโครงการวิจัยพุทธศาสน์ศึกษาของศูนย์พุทธศาสน์ศึกษา จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ปี พ.ศ. 2548 มีความหนาทั้งหมด 141 หน้า แบ่งเนื้อหาออกเป็น 8 บท ได้แก่ บทนำ บทที่ 1 โลกทัศน์ วิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจ บทที่ 2 สำรวจและประเมินสถานการณ์ บทที่ 3 การตลาด บทที่ 4 การบริหารงานบุคคล บทที่ 5 การจัดองค์กร บทที่ 6 บทบาทผู้นำ บทที่ 7 การสืบทอดกิจการ ผู้เขียนได้กำหนดวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อค้นหาแนวทางการบริหารจัดการองค์กรที่พระพุทธเจ้าทรงใช้ในการสร้างคณะสงฆ์ในสมัยพุทธกาลซึ่งเป็นรากฐานพระพุทธศาสนาแบบเถรวาทต่อมาจนถึงปีที่ทำการวิจัย(พ.ศ.2548) เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจและความสนใจในการศึกษาคำสอนในพระพุทธศาสนาในกลุ่มนักธุรกิจและผู้มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
