Legal Problem regarding Online Dispute Resolution

Abstract
This article aims to study the guideline of enforcement of online dispute resolution in Thailand which the writer bring the Technical Notes on Online Dispute Resolution which issue by United Nation Commission on International Trade Law adapt to the rule in order to specify mechanism or system or regulation for online dispute resolution in Thailand . According to online dispute resolution already used in Thailand by Thailand Arbitration Center which develop the TalkDD system but It is not well-known and widespread as from many causes; such as online dispute resolution do not have law sanction and do not have a specific law to apply. Therefore, the writer has a suggestion to solve the problem as mentioned above.
