The Management of Village Funds at Very Good Level : A Case Study in Nakhon Pathom Province

Abstract
Research study about the Management of Village Funds at Very Good Level (A) : A Case Study in Nakhon Pathom Province have research objectives for 1) to study the process, problems and obstacles in the Management of Village Funds at Very Good Level (A) : A Case Study in Nakhon Pathom Province and 2) to present the guidelines for Management of Village Funds at Very Good Level (A) : A Case Study in Nakhon Pathom Province which can be used to develop and enhance the management of village funds and other to be effective through qualitative research in which the researcher uses structured interview form as a tool to collect data with the sample group is a committee of village funds in Nakhon Pathom province. In terms of data analysis, data from the interview form was taken to remove the key words to summarize the meaning of the guidelines for enhance the management of community fund according to the research objectives. The results of the study showed that the village funds and successful urban communities had an effective management process, resulting in a total of 4 fund management approaches including 1) Leadership Management Guidelines, 2) Participatory Management Guidelines, 3) Management Approach for Benefit Allocation and 4) Access Management and Fund Information Management Guidelines. This approach can be used to improve and enhance the management of village and urban communities to be effective.
