Parental Involvement in Educational Management: Case Study of Dipangkornwittayapat School

Abstract
The study of the participation of parents in educational management of Dipangkornwittayapat (Wat Pradu) School under Royal Patronage, Samut Songkhram has objectives are: 1) to study the level of the participation of parents in school educational management 2) to study factors related to the management of parents to participate in educational management that affects the participation of parents in school educational management 3) Comparative study of opinions on the participation of parents in school educational management 4) To present guidelines for the participation of parents in school educational management. This research is mixed methods research by using questionnaires and interview forms to collect data with samples of administrators, class teachers and parents of students, which in analyzing data, using analytical methods by using data from the questionnaires to analyze by statistics, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, analysis of variance and regression analysis, and summarize the data together with the interview data. The results of the study revealed that the level of the participation of parents in school educational management in the overall level was at a moderate level. As for the management of parents to participate in educational management, it is a factor that affects the level of the participation of parents in school educational management and parents with different educational levels have different opinions on participation in educational management.
