The Development of Ideal Trainers in Buddhist Way

Abstract
An ideal expert in buddhism is a dhamma missionary who brings peace to the society and the world by propagating the teaching in buddhism with the method in propagation according to the Ovāda Pāṭimokkha preached by the buddha which is the guideline for dhamma missionary in propagation since the Buddha time up until now. The most successful method used by the buddha is “not hurting people by saying and no confliction” which is the peaceful dhamma communication, respect in differences. The buddha used the method of effecting dhamma but not effecting people so an expert in buddhism has to be friendly with entities. The development of an ideal expert in buddhism has to hold on to the concept of the Ovada Patimokkha which is the essential heart of buddhist propagator consisting of 1) special characteristics, an expert needs to adhere to ideologies which are having religious tolerance, open-minded in differences, no exploitation, no conflict; 2) target or framework in propagation, an expert has to hold tight the principles of the cease to do unwholesomeness, cultivate the wholesomeness, and purify the mind to have tranquility; and 3) concept in making relationship with the society, an expert should behave and train oneself to be in the Buddhism declaration method which are not hurting people by saying and no confliction. Hence, “the Ovāda Pāṭimokkha is considered to be the qualities of targeting principle and method of buddhist propagation of the buddha who has laid down the foundation for the real buddhist task”. This is considered to be an important tool in the development of an ideal expert in buddhism. The five ascetics were the first and foremost buddhist expert monks that the Buddha had initiated for the buddhist propagation.
