Creating Peace Organization Indicators for the 26th Century, Buddhist Era

Abstract

The research aims (1) to study the composition of the peace organization, (2) to create peace organization indicators and (3) to confirm the indicators of peace organization for the 26th century. The research used a combination of research techniques which are qualitative research, using EDFR technique and focus group of professionals, and quantitative research, using questionnaires to survey perspectives of the composition and the indicators. The survey based on the sampling group of 339 samples, analyzed qualitative research data by content analysis, and quantitative research by descriptive statistics; median, mode, and interquartile range. It includes inferential statistics which are Exploratory Factor and Confirmatory Factor Analysis.


          The result shows that Peaceful Organization (6Ps Model) consists of 6 main components, which are Peaceful Management, Peaceful Leadership, Peaceful Governance, Peaceful Justice, Peaceful Workplace, and Peaceful Results. It has 14 minor components including Organizational Communication, Organizational Culture, Knowledge Management, Organizational Management, Leadership, Organizational Staff, Core Value, Organizational Merit, Corporate Social Responsibility, Good Governance, Happiness Organization for Person, Happiness Atmosphere of Organization, Organizational Performance, Stakeholder Coordination and 160 Peace Organization Indicators. The model was: χ2 = 119.22, df = 99, p = 0.08140, GFI = 0.96, AGFI = 0.93, RMR = 0.0058, RMSEA = 0.025, CN= 366.66
