Abstract

The purpose of this study is assesses three objectives. Firstly, to study The components of administration good governance of nakhonratchasimacity municipalty. Secondly, to study the investigate the consistency of these components with empirical data. and Third, it investigated problems and provided guidelines for administration good governance of nakhonratchasimacity municipalty. by using Mixed Method creswell & clark (2011) by Explanatory Sequential Design Research for quantitative research. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire with a sample of 692 people. Statistical data analysis using survey component analysis (Exploratory Factor Analysis: EFA) and confirmatory component analysis (Confirmatory Factor Analysis: CFA), in the qualitative research, the major contributors (Key Informants) 25 people, to qualitative data analysis by Miles & Huberman (1994: 10-12) The results of the research The components of administration good governance of nakhonratchasimacity municipalty include nine factors of as follows: 1) Equity (λ = 0.90) 2)Transparency (λ =0.88) 3) Decentralization (λ =0.86) 4) Efficiency (λ =0.86) 5) Participation (λ = 0.83) 6) Accountability (λ =0.78) 7) Effectiveness (λ =0.72) 8) Rule of Law (λ =0.77) and 9) Responsiveness (λ =0.63) with a harmonic index with empirical data Statistical significance at level 0.01 (ค่า c2 = 465.75, df = 420, c2/df = 1.046, p-value = 0.19983, GFI = 0.99, AGFI = 0.98, SRMR = 0.011, RMSEA = 0.014 และ CN = 2173.16) and in accordance with the principles of accuracy and comprehensive usefulness possibility to use including the appropriateness of use in all issues.
