The Research and Development of Training Curriculum for the Process Theology Guest Speaker

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to 1) Curriculum development, training of trainers Process theology 2) trial and study the problems and suggestions of training courses, and 3) the satisfaction of the guest speakers Process theology courses and training process. The research sample consisted The 80 Process theology guest speakers Acquired by the selecting specific. The research instruments were rating-scale questionnaire. The statistics for the data analysis were mean, percent.


The results of the study revealed the following:


  1. Development of training Curriculum for The Process theology guest speaker of 8 learning unit and in training there are various ways of learning, knowledge and application of the Buddhist Missionary divided into 2. Sectors to include education fair. Think critically and fairly as practicing listening and counseling Buddhism. Training and group activities. The content of communications principles missionaries (religious sermons, lectures on a given host broadcaster) propagate through the different types of media such as radio, television, communication, and content writing includes writing an essay religion. Writing a semi-academic / non-fiction. Writing for the propagation and heartwarming. And the content of the Buddhist practice consists of meditation. And study theology at Bodh Gaya, India. By In training, an emphasis should be on leading to real practicability and diverse methods of learning such as self-learning, action learning, small group meeting, brainstorming, integration learning and observe activities.  Evaluations by before after and during training. Also, there should be clear evaluation criteria.   

  2. The following were outcomes of the training curriculum try-out in the developing of training curriculum for The Process theology guest speaker: The curriculum were test by the trainees and faculty and supporting staff who responsible for educational between 6-18 June 2016 of 74 Figure at Wat Sam Phraya Temple. And the result are as follows;

             2.1 The training knowledge. Understanding higher before training.


             2.2 The training courses are satisfied with the level of an average 4.37 


             2.3 The training activities are evaluated during training at a high level average 4.39  


          In conclusion, training Curriculum for The Process theology guest speaker has effective because the training curriculum was diverse methods of learning, clear evaluation criteria and trainees being able to apply the knowledge gained to real practicability. The training Curriculum for The Process theology guest speaker should be supported and promoted to implement in networking for operating the internal educational quality assurance.
