Abstract

The objectives of this research 1) to study the conceptual and social welfare pattern along the Buddhist monks in Thailand's community, 2) to analyze the principles and ways to promote social welfare network of monks and community follow Buddhism in Thai society, 3) to propose social models through integrated Buddhist cultural.


    This research is qualitative research and mixed up with the document and field study methods in 5 regions: 1) Central region. Phrarachawisutthiphrachanat (Luang Phor Alongkot) Wat Phrabat Namphu, Lopburi 2) North region. Phrakhrusujinnunthakij (Phra Ajhan Somkid) Wat Pong Kham, Nan 3) Northeast region. Phrakhruamonchaikhun (Luangta Share). Wat Suchaikanarami, Sikhio, Nakhon Ratchasima 4) South region. Phrakhruphaladwaraphon Thithakhuno  Wat Khuan Kalong, Satun and 5) network working group's pledges on social welfare savings to improve the moral life cycle of Phra Ajhan Subin Paneeto Wat Phai Lom, Trat.  Determine the main issues using the document review, observations, interviews and focus group discussions. The results are analyzed in term of qualitative data.


                         Populations and samples, the selection of a specific sample is the group of monks to stakeholders or stakeholders who have pushed welfare society in various forms, and enterprise social welfare network of monks and community follow Buddhism in Thai society.
