About the Journal

The Journal of Liberal Arts Prince of Songkla University, is a scholarly journal that adheres to a rigorous double-blind peer review process by at least two expert reviewers (as of 1 January 2026). It commits to publishing original, high-quality Research Articles, Review Articles, Academic Articles, and Book Reviews. The journal publishes original manuscripts on current research and issues in language and language education, cultural studies, as well as social sciences.

The journal is managed by the Faculty of Liberal Arts at Prince of Songkla University and publishes two issues per year.
Issue 1: January-June
Issue 2: July-December

An Article Processing Charge (APC) of 2,000 baht is payable upon acceptance of a manuscript for peer review.

Revision of the Number of Peer Reviewers

2026-04-10

Starting with Volume 18, Issue 1 (January - June 2026), the Journal of Liberal Arts, Prince of Songkla University is implementing a revised peer review policy concerning the number of expert reviewers assigned to each manuscript. All submissions are now reviewed by at least two independent reviewers, replacing the previous practice of routinely having a manuscript reviewed by three reviewers.
