สภาพปัญหาและความต้องการสารสนเทศของผู้ใช้บริการ Cafe Co-Working Space ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดขอนแก่น

วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการข้อมูลของผู้ใช้บริการ Cafe Co-Working Space ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดขอนแก่น
วิธีการศึกษา: เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงสำรวจใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 400 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา คือ การแจกแจงความถี่ และร้อยละ เพื่อประเมินความคิดเห็นของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามในด้านต่าง ๆ
ข้อค้นพบ: ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ใช้ส่วนใหญ่ให้ความสำคัญกับความถูกต้องของข้อมูลร้าน ซึ่งเป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญที่ส่งผลต่อความน่าเชื่อถือและการตัดสินใจใช้บริการ โดยเฉพาะในข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเมนู ราคา โปรโมชั่น และเวลาทำการ โดยผลการสำรวจในประเด็นปัญหาด้านความถูกต้องของข้อมูลร้าน พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามจำนวน 192 คน (ร้อยละ 48) ระบุว่าเคยประสบปัญหาในระดับมาก และอีก 94 คน (ร้อยละ 23.5) พบปัญหาในระดับปานกลาง นอกจากนี้ ยังพบข้อจำกัดในด้าน ความไม่ชัดเจนของการจัดหมวดหมู่ร้าน และความยากในการเปรียบเทียบข้อมูลระหว่างร้าน ซึ่งเป็นอุปสรรคในการตัดสินใจเลือกสถานที่ที่เหมาะสมกับลักษณะการใช้งานของผู้ใช้
การประยุกต์ใช้จากการศึกษานี้: ผลการศึกษานี้สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มหรือเว็บไซต์ที่รวบรวมข้อมูล Cafe Co-Working Space ให้มีความครบถ้วน น่าเชื่อถือ และใช้งานง่าย ใช้ได้ในสาขาการจัดการข้อมูล การพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ UX/UI และธุรกิจบริการด้าน Co-Working Space
