The Development of Welfare Management System for Wiang Subdistrict Administration Organization, Wiang Pa Pao District, Chiang Rai

Purpose of the study: 1) To develop the welfare management system which suitable for Wiang Subdistrict Administration Organization, Wiang Pa Pao district, Chiang Rai. 2) To evaluate the user satisfaction of the welfare management system.
Methodology: The research process begins with develop the welfare management system also including the effectiveness evaluation and user satisfaction. The sampling were 20 persons by convenience sampling. The instruments were: 1) the welfare management system, 2) application quality assessment, 3) the evaluation regarding satisfaction. Statistic use in data analytics were mean.
Main Findings: The system was effective to collect and organize all data of subsistence allowance for Elderly, Disabled people, AIDS Patients. So can bring data and generate reports quickly and easily. The system performance and system design is at high level. The system security is at the highest level. The users are satisfied with the high level.
Applications of this study: The guideline for developing information management systems to increase the efficiency of the operation of the subdistrict administrative organization.
