บทคัดย่อ

บทความนี้เป็นการวิเคราะห์ และสังเคราะห์งานวิจัยและบทความที่เกี่ยวข้องกับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จ และแนวทางการทำวิจัยในอนาคตของการจัดการความรู้ด้วยวิธีชุมชนนักปฏิบัติเสมือน จำนวน 15 บทความ โดยการนับจำนวนข้อปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จ แล้วสังเคราะห์ จำแนกและจัดให้เข้าองค์ประกอบของชุมชนออนไลน์ซึ่งมีอยู่สี่ด้านคือ ด้านคน ด้านวัตถุประสงค์ ด้านนโยบาย และด้านระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ ส่วนแนวทางการวิจัยในอนาคตมีสี่ด้านเช่นกันคือ ด้านคน ด้านมาตรวัด ด้านโมเดลวิจัย และด้านพื้นที่ นอกจากนี้ยังอธิบายมาตรวัดความสำเร็จของชุมชนออนไลน์เสมือนโดยแบ่งเป็นสองกรอบคือ กรอบการเข้าสังคม และกรอบการใช้งาน เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการวัดความสำเร็จของชุมชนนักปฏิบัติเสมือน และนำผลนั้นมาพัฒนาปรับปรุงเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดการความรู้ในองค์การให้ประสบความสำเร็จ เกิดประโยชน์ต่อองค์การอย่างยั่งยืน

Abstract

This article is the analysis and synthesis of research and articles related to critical success factorsand future research of knowledge management by virtual communities of practice (VCoP). Fifteenarticles were selected and analyzed. The results revealed that: (1) there were four critical success factorsaffecting VCoP including people, purposes, policies and computer system; (2) there were four areas forfuture research including people, measurement, model and area studies. In addition, the article also presentsthe measurement of VCoP’s success which divided into two aspects; sociability and usability. This will beused as a guideline for developing knowledge management practices in an organization by using VCoPeffectively and sustainability.
