Success Factors for Transforming into a Digital Organization

This systematic review literature related to the transforming into a digital organization attempts to identify success factors for transforming into digital organization. The search for related papers on the digital organization transformation from online databases and Google Scholasr using keywords was an initial step of this work. Only English language research papers published between 2015 and 2019 were selected, provided that their full texts were readily accessible. The selected related documents comprise 13 research articles, 2 academic articles and 1 company report. These papers were analyzed using the content analysis method. Seven factors were conclusively found: organizational cultures, digital strategies, digital technology, organizational leaders, organization workers, management process and other factors.
