บทคัดยอ
Grey literature คือเอกสารที่พิมพเผยแพรในวงจํากัดหรือเอกสารที่ไมไดพิมพ เผยแพร จัดทําโดยหนวยงานภาครัฐหรือกลุมวิจัยทางวิทยาศาสตร สถาบันการศึกษา องคกรธุรกิจและอุตสาหกรรม ซึ่งปจจุบันมีทั้งในลักษณะที่เปนสิ่งพิมพและไมใชสิ่งพิมพเอกสารเหลานี้เปนเอกสารที่คอนขางหาไดยากหรือไมสามารถเขาถึงไดโดยทั่วไป ทําใหเกิดปญหาในการเขาถึงเพื่อนํามาใชประโยชนในวงวิชาการทั้งๆ ที่เปนสารสนเทศจากแหลงปฐมภูมิที่มีความนาเชื่อถือ แตปจจุบันความกาวหนาของเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสงผลใหเอกสารเหล่านี้มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ตั้งแต่กระบวนการผลิตไปจนถึงกระบวนการเผยแพร่ ทำให้สามารถเขาถึงไดโดยเสรี (Open access) การเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกลาวทําใหเกิดการพัฒนาเครื่องมือหรือกลไลในการจัดการสารสนเทศเพื่อให้สารสนเทศได้ใช้ประโยชน์สูงสุดโดยมีเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสนับสนุน ปจจุบันเครื่องมือที่ไดรับความนิยมในการนํามาจัดการเอกสารที่พิมพเผยแพรในวงจํากัดคือ คลังความรูดิจิทัล (Digital repositories) ซึ่งเปนแนวทางที่ไดรับความสนใจในการนํามาพัฒนาระบบการจัดการวรรณกรรมที่ไมมี
การตีพิมพของหนวยงาน ซึ่งมีประโยชนตอการศึกษาและวิจัย

Abstract
Grey literature is documents that have been published in limited areas or
have not been published prepared by government agencies, scientific research,
educational institutes, business, and industry agencies. In the present times, these
rare documents both published and non-published can’t easily be accessible,
although they are considered the most reliable information. The problem of
accessibility becomes a crucial drawback that limits their uses in academics.
However, information technology advancement fortunately modifies the whole
process since manufacturing to publication, which makes it freely and easily
accessible, thus leading to the tool development for information management in
order to maximize their benefits today, digital repositories become the favorable tools
used to manage documents publiched in limited areas. This is an important way
to develop a management system of non-published literature which is useful for
education and research.
