บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความขัดแย้งทางสังคมในมุมมองของคาร์ล มาร์กซ์และพุทธทาสภิกขุ 2) เพื่อสังเคราะห์กรอบแนวคิดการจัดการความขัดแย้งทางสังคมในกลุ่มผู้มีรายได้ต่ำบนพื้นฐานปรัชญาสังคมของคาร์ล มารกซ์และพุทธทาสภิกขุ จากการวิจัยพบว่า ความขัดแย้งในมุมมองของคาร์ล มาร์กซ์ตามทฤษฎีสังคมนิยมคอมมิวนิสต์เป็นปัญหาทางชนชั้น จัดการด้วยการจัดสรรทรัพยากรทางวัตถุ ส่วนมุมมองของพุทธทาสภิกขุตามทฤษฎีธัมมิกสังคมนิยมที่มีต่อความขัดแย้งเป็นปัญหาส่วนบุคคล จัดการด้วยการลดความเห็นแก่ตัวและความยึดมั่นถือมั่นของบุคคล
อรุณา โมเดลเป็นกรอบแนวคิดจัดการความขัดแย้งทางสังคมที่นำจุดเด่นของแนวคิดทั้ง 2 ทั้งในด้านวัตถุและจิตใจมาบูรณาการร่วมกัน เพื่อใช้จัดการความขัดแย้งทางสังคมในประเด็นความยากจน ด้วยการส่งเสริมกระบวนการพัฒนาศักยภาพเชิงบุคคลเพื่อให้ผู้มีรายได้ต่ำได้มีศักยภาพสูงขึ้นและสามารถพึ่งพาตนเองได้อย่างมีศักดิ์ศรี
