Abstract

          The purposes of this research were to 1) examine level of the organizational culture of Sakonnakhon Rajabhat University in each facet and 2) investigate level of job performance of higher education personnel (teaching) in Sakonnakhon Rajabhat University and 3) to examine the influences of each dimension of organizational culture on job performance of higher education personnel (teaching) in Sakonnakhon Rajabhat University. This research employed quantitative research method which collected data from 221 teaching personnel of higher education in Sakonnakhon Rajabhat University. For the statistical analysis, this research uses mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient.
          The result found that;
          The level of organizational culture of Sakonnakhon Rajabhat University is considered as high. When consider in each facet of the organizational culture of Sakonnakhon Rajabhat University, the result found that all facets are considered as high. Likewise, the result also indicated that the level of job performance of higher education personnel (teaching) in Sakonnakhon Rajabhat University is considered as high. When consider in each facet of the level of job performance of higher education personnel (teaching) in Sakonnakhon Rajabhat University, the result also found the found that all facets are considered as high. Additionally, the result indicate that the organizational culture has significantly positive influence on job performance at significant level at 0.000. When consider in each facet, the result indicate that the hierarchical organizational culture has the most influence on job performance following with family organizational culture, innovative organizational culture, adaptive organizational culture. Surprisingly, market organizational culture has not significantly positive influence on job performance
