Synergistic Leadership Characteristics of Student Teacher Professional Certificate Program Faculty of Education and Liberal Arts Nakhon Ratchasima College Nakhon Ratchasima Province.

Abstract

               This research aimed to study Synergistic Leadership characteristics of the student's Teacher Professional Certificate Program, Faculty of Education and Liberal Arts in Nakhon Ratchasima College, classified by their personal data by using a questionnaire as a tool to collect data The questionnaire examined an accuracy of the content from experts and checked its reliability with the Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The value was 0.98. Data were collected from 108 students. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA (F-test), and Least Significant Difference Test.
               The research found as follows:
               1) Most of sample are female, with a Bachelor's degree Most of them have work experience in schools not more than 5 years, mostly from government schools. and educational management of educational institutions that are working mostly in the basic education level
               2) The students have a very high level of characteristics with the synergy leadership style, including the main component 1 service, the main components 3 working together Collaboration, the main component 2 Sharing and the main component 4 Adaptation : high level of characteristics including Core elements 5 Core elements 6 Learning and key elements 7 Research for development
               3) Gender, work experience in school, Affiliated with the school, had no influence on their synergistic leadership characteristic.
