Abstract

               The purposes of this research were: 1) Study to improve the work process to be systematic More orderly and to increase operational efficiency. 2) Study and find solutions to purchase materials used in operations to have a shorter period of time and reduce waste from procurement. 3) Study to propose guidelines for internal storage to be more organized. This research adopted Warehouse management theory, 5S theory, Visual control principles, and Analytic Hierarchy Process. The population of this research covers all branches in the demographics of BT Company Limited. There are a total of 15 employees and 11 operating machines.
               The results were as follows:
               1. The mistake in the sewing of employees were reduced for 2,347 shirts and the waiting time in equipment preparation were reduced for 10 minutes.
               2. The machine error while operating were reduced as the fusing were reduced for 0 time, the dry oil were reduced for 4 times.
               3. The mistake of operation from suppliers were reduced as the delayed material delivery were reduced for 0 time, the delivery of raw materials isn’t standard were reduced for 1 time.
