Abstract

              This research aims to study the marketing mix model affecting to service quality in each dimension and compare the size of affect for the marketing mix model affecting to service quality in each dimension of 3-5 stars hotel in Pattaya City by mulitple regression analysis. This research of cross-sectional survey design by the collection of 400 customers by multi-stage random sampling. The tools used in this study were tested for validation and reliability.The results show that the marketing mix model affected service quality in each dimension of 3-5 stars hotel in Pattaya City and the marketing mix model, promotion had the most positive affected on service quality in each dimension.
