บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยเรื่ององค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดสงขลา
มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น พื้นที่จังหวัดสงขลา 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น พื้นที่จังหวัดสงขลา การวิจัยเป็นรูปแบบผสานวิธี การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีการสนทนากลุ่มจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านภาวะผู้นำ จำนวน 14 คน ส่วนวิจัยเชิงปริมาณใช้วิธีการเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้บริหารองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดสงขลา จำนวน 204 คน เครื่องมือที ่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.91 สถิติที่ ่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
- องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดสงขลา ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ จากการทดสอบสถิติ KMO มีค่าเท่ากับ .917 แสดงว่าองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำของ ผู้บริหารองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ทั้ง 5 องค์ประกอบ มีจำนวนเพียงพอและมี
ความเหมาะสมในการใช้สถิติการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเพราะค่า KMO มีค่ามากกว่า 0.5 - ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดสงขลา พบว่าองค์ประกอบทั้ง 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ การบริหารจัดการที่ดี, วิสัยทัศน์และประสิทธิภาพ, ความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม, ภาวะผู้นำที่เน้นมนุษยธรรม, การประสบความสำเร็จ
จำนวนองค์ประกอบและค่าความแปรปรวนของตัวแปรองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น เมื่อพิจารณาค่าความแปรปรวนของตัวแปร (Eigenvalues) เท่ากับ 1 พบว่า มี 5 องค์ประกอบ และองค์ประกอบที่ 1-5 สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนสะสม ทั้งหมดได้เท่ากับร้อยละ 60.427
