Abstract

This research aims to study the implications of foster wife between Jordan’s families law which is enforced in the years 2010 with comparative to Thai law, as stated by the researchers write in the form of inductive and metaphorical.                                                                         According to the research, have discovered that the laws of Jordan's family to honor women, their privileges and the very important right to alimony to ease the burden of women, honor her and protect her from the threat to civil liberties, and Thai laws have laid on the same foundation and performed as well.
