บทคัดย่อ

The Purposes of this research were to investigate and determine the possibility in practice of Model of vocational education world class standard in the vocational institutes under office of vocational education commission. The study used Descriptive Delphi technique and Survey research. The research presented in 4 phases as follows Phase 1: Study of Model of vocational education world class standard in the vocational institutes under office of vocational education commission. There were 2 steps: Step 1: Documentary analysis and related research. Step 2: In-depth Interview with 3 executives or academics under the Vocational Education Commission. Phase 2: Create a Model of vocational education world class standard in the vocational institutes under office of vocational education commission using Delphi Technique with 21 experts. Phase 3: Assessment Model of vocational education world class standard in the vocational institutes under office of vocational education commission by survey research method, random sampling with 205 school administrators under the Office of Vocational Education Commission. Phase 4: Examination of a Model of vocational education world class standard in the vocational institutes under office of vocational education commission by Expert Group Meeting of 12 persons. Statistics used for data analysis were Mean and Standard deviation

          The results of this research showed That:

          1) The key findings from in-depth interviews with 3 school administrators in 8 issues namely students, teachers, administrators, Management, curriculum development, teaching and learning management, cooperation and professional services, environmental management and facilities. The opinions of the expert group about Model of vocational education world class standard in the vocational institutes under office of vocational education commission all 8 aspects were in a highly agreeable level. Results from the opinions of school administrators Under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission, with a total of 8 issues with a high level of practice. 2) Examination confirming the model in the vocational institutes under office of vocational education commission by meeting the 12 experts in terms of Utility Standards, Feasibility Standards, Propriety Standards and Accuracy Standards found that it was at the highest level.
