THE DEVELOPMENT A SYNECTICS LEARNING MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR VISUAL ARTS THAT PROMATES INNOVATION AND CREATIVE THINKING IN CREATING ART WORKS FOR STUDENTS IN GRADE 4, WATSOMWANG SCHOOL, SURATTHANI PROVINCE

Abstract

          This article of this study was: 1) Study the conditions, problems, and needs of the Learning management for visual arts, 2) Development a Synectic Learning management for visual arts that promotes innovation and creative thinking in Creating art work, and 3) Development a Synectic Learning management model for visual arts that promotes innovation and creative thinking in Creating art work for students in grade 4, Watsomwang school, Suratthani province. The qualitative research by us the tool as a questionnaire. Select purposive sampling such as: students in grade 4/1, 4/2 of 67 persons. Using analyzed with frequency statistics, percentage, average, standard deviation, independent t - test assumptions and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results of the research were as follows: 1) conditions, problems, overview is at a moderate level ( = 3.21, S.D. = 0.56) including: 1.1) Learning design ( = 3.45, S.D. = 0.55),
1.2) Learning ( = 3.25, S.D. = 0.59), 1.3) Media, innovation and technology ( = 3.09, S.D. = 0.50), 1.4) Environment and Learning resources ( = 3.12, S.D. = 0.60), and 1.5) Measurement and evaluation ( = 3.12, S.D. = 0.58), the actual condition overview is at a moderate level ( = 3.20, S.D. = 0.13), actual condition overview is at a high level ( = 4.14, S.D. = 0.48), 2) Development a Learning management, achievement score ( = 4.00, S.D. = 1.04), ( = 7.00, S.D. = 1.03), and creative practice ( = 5.00, S.D. = 0.81), ( = 8.09, S.D. = 1.19). After class, there is a higher score than before. The value t = 1.437, statistically significant at the level of 0.05, and 3) Development a Synectic Learning model including: 3.1) Learning design, 3.2) Learning, 3.3) Development activities, 3.4) Media, innovation and technology, 3.5) Environment and Learning resources,
3.6) Knowledge, 3.7) Measurement and evaluation, and 3.8) Apply to solve life problems.
