Abstract

This research was to study of promotion guidelines the wisdom producing of fresh fish crisp. Case study : Pa Ta Ba Ra fresh fish crisp group, Moo 1 Pase Yawo sub-district, Sai Buri district, Pattani., aims to study gathered the wisedom and learned the promoting guidelines wisdom for the fresh fish crisp, included to study the trends of fresh fish crisp sale promotion in the future Case study : Ban Pa Ta Ba Ra fresh fish crisp group, Moo 1 Pase Yawo sub-district, Sai Buri district, Pattani, by a qualitative research methodology.


 


          The results showed that :


  1. The collected knowledge of producing fish crisp as overall aspects reveal 1. a production system and resource management in the change context are the fresh fish crisp producing came from Malaysia who immigrant settlement to the Ban Pa Ta Ba Ra, taking fishes mashed with garlic, then intermixed with cassava flour to be consistent, then form it a long cylindrical shape and steamed to be matured by used fishes as the main raw material 2. a production system and resource management in the culture domain are taking advantage of the resources by transformed the fishery products processing based on the rules of conservative traditions and ecosystem restoration conservation 3. a resource management systems as part of the joint ownership of the community is the certificate of crackers by OTOP, FDA and HALAL, and to get help from the government reinforced 4. a resource management systems community as a social movement is establish from the public union who want to build a career, it caused established a crisp group year 2548 and structured obviously 5. a production system and resource management of community in the community development context, the fresh fish crisp producing are as parts of the benefits support to the community, contributing to a fund for circulation, allocation of community welfare

  2. The promoting approaches for the fresh fish crisp producing reveal that it is the way to encourage the occupation to make money and enhancing the welfare to the community in order to enhance the quality of life better, it is a model for learning exchange and a multi-dimensional knowledge management in many aspects of developing the diversity knowledge achievement, expanded opportunities for the community products development to push into the international market in countless regions.

3.The trends of fresh fish crisp sale promotion in the future reveal the prediction of the trends of fresh fish crisp sale in the future is the marketingstrategy in many aspects of sale promotion towards consumers by PR passed dealers, sale promotion towards the middle by proposed exchange, cumulative sales in exchange for a discount or gifts, it can be the motivating creating sales and sale promotion towards sellers that distribute the goods to market with pushing it by two channels; retail and wholesale.
