Strategies Academic Administration to Promote Research of Basic Education
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to develop strategies academic administration to promote research of basic education. The research process is divided into 2 steps. Firstly: Study of problems needs and context of strategies academic administration to promote research of basic education. Study documents and research related to administration. Research promotion and strategic development and study of conditions problems and needs from data collected by using questionnaires. To study the context of management administration, to promote research of 3 successful primary schools by using the interview form. Secondly: Draft administrative strategies for promoting research of public primary school by the workshop. The draft strategy is reviewed by 25 people. The appropriateness and consistency is reviewed by 12 experts on a focus discussion group.
According to the results there were 5 strategic issues: 1) Developing a management planning system. 2) Developing organizational models for management. 3) Developing leadership in school administrators and academic leaders. 4) Promoting and developing the management controlled system.
5) Developing a guideline to support administration. The strategy includes a vision, a mission, goals, strategic issues, strategies, measures and indicators. The appropriation is at the highest level and strategic elements are consistent.
