ผลของจังหวะเพลงที่มีต่อความวิตกกังวล และความสามารถในการยิงประตูคอร์ฟบอล

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบผลของจังหวะเพลงที่มีต่อความวิตกกังวลและความสามารถในการยิงประตูคอร์ฟบอล กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ นักกีฬาคอร์ฟบอลทีมชาติไทย จำนวน 30 คน โดยใช้วิธีแบบเป็นระบบ (Systematic matching) โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ๆ ละ 15 คน ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วยกลุ่มทดลอง คือ กลุ่มฟังจังหวะเพลงควบคู่กับโปรแกรมการฝึก และกลุ่มควบคุม คือ กลุ่มที่ฝึกตามโปรแกรมการฝึกเพียงอย่างเดียว เป็นระยะเวลา 8 สัปดาห์ การวิจัยครั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยใช้แบบทดสอบความวิตกกังวลตามสถานการณ์ฉบับปรับปรุง (Revised competitive state anxiety inventory-2; CSAI-2R)
เพื่อวัดความวิตกกังวลและวัดความเชื่อมั่นในตนเองของนักกีฬาคอร์ฟบอล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เปรียบเทียบผลของจังหวะเพลงด้วยสถิติ t-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างก่อนการฝึกและหลังการฝึกในช่วง 4 สัปดาห์ และ 8 สัปดาห์ ของการยิงประตูคอร์ฟบอลระหว่างกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ .05 การเปรียบเทียบความวิตกกังวลตามสถานการณ์ภายในกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม พบว่า หลังการฝึกสัปดาห์ที่ 4 และสัปดาห์ที่ 8 ความวิตกกังวลทางกาย ความวิตกกังวลทางจิตใจและความเชื่อมั่นในตนเองมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ สรุปผล การฟังจังหวะเพลงควบคู่กับโปรแกรมการฝึก และความสามารถในการยิงประตูคอร์ฟบอล ทำให้ความสามารถในการยิงประตูคอร์ฟบอลเพิ่มขึ้น แสดงให้เห็นถึงผลต่อการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมในการเรียนรู้ในการปรับอารมณ์ ดังนั้นการฟังจังหวะเพลงต้องนำมาใช้ในการฝึกซ้อมเป็นประจำอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อเพิ่มความสามารถในการรับรู้และลดความวิตกกังวลเพื่อเพิ่มความเชื่อมั่นในตนเอง และการพัฒนาการเคลื่อนไหวของจิตใจ เพื่อที่จะทำให้เกิดการแสดงทักษะอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
