Abstract
The research “The study state of faculty member’s professional network in higher education institution at northern” was aim to study of actual situation for faculty member’s professional network health education, physical education and sport sciences area in in higher education institution at northern. The sample group was 16 higher education which major in health and physical education and sport science with 100 lecturers. The questionnaire of actual situation and approaches for developing faculty member’s professional network health education, physical education and sport sciences area in in higher education institution at northern approved by try out with 15 volunteers who lecturer in higher education finding Reliability (0.8) in 4 parts; 1 is general information, 2 is actual situation for developing faculty member’s professional network health education, physical education and sport sciences area in in higher education institution at northern, 3 approaches for developing faculty member’s professional network health education, physical education and sport sciences area in in higher education institution at northern and 4 is advice. The data was analyzed by percentage, (mean) and S.D. The research found that;
1. Faculty member’s professional network was male more than female age 36-40 and just graduated at Master degree by university. Faculty member’s almost have no academic status level and have experienced 11-15 years, university staff and teaching at Bachelor degree in physical education and curriculum responsibility in Bachelor degree, member in club or organization between higher education in academic site and agree with needs of create faculty member’s professional network health education, physical education and sport sciences area in in higher education institution at northern and ready to be server network.
2. Approaches for developing faculty member’s professional network health education, physical education and sport sciences area in in higher education institution at northern was develop relationship between member as professional in term of sustainable development
