รูปแบบการจัดการแข่งขันฟุตบอลนักเรียนในประเทศไทย Management Model of Student Football Competitions in Thailand

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการจัดการแข่งขันฟุตบอลนักเรียนในประเทศไทย ด้วยการวิจัยแบบบูรณาการ (Integrated  Research) ระหว่างการวิจัยแบบบรรยาย (Descriptive Research) และการวิจัยอนาคต (Futures Research) โดยมีผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 17  ราย ให้การสัมภาษณ์ในรอบแรกนำผลการสัมภาษณ์มาวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์กับข้อมูลพื้นฐานประกอบการพิจารณา ตามรูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย (Descriptive Research) เพื่อให้ได้รูปแบบการจัดการแข่งขันฟุตบอลนักเรียนในประเทศไทย จากนั้นผู้วิจัยได้สร้างแบบสอบถามเพื่อการศึกษารูปแบบการจัดการแข่งขันฟุตบอลนักเรียนในประเทศไทย ไปเก็บข้อมูลกับผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานเกี่ยวกับฟุตบอลจำนวน 40 ราย นำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ เพื่อคำนวณหาค่ามัธยฐาน (Median) ค่าฐานนิยม (Mode) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และค่าพิสัยระหว่าง ควอไทล์ (Interquartile Range) และพิจารณาความสอดคล้องของรูปแบบการจัดการแข่งขันฟุตบอลนักเรียนในประเทศไทยที่มีโอกาสเกิดขึ้นจริง  และนำผลมาอภิปรายกลุ่มกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 5 ท่าน พิจารณาความสอดคล้องของรูปแบบการจัดการแข่งขันฟุตบอลนักเรียนในประเทศไทยที่มีโอกาสเกิดขึ้นจริง

            ผลการวิจัย พบว่า รูปแบบการจัดการแข่งขันฟุตบอลนักเรียนในประเทศไทย ประกอบด้วย 1) นักเรียนที่เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันฟุตบอลแบ่งเป็นกลุ่มอายุ 12-14-16-18 ปี ตามแบบของกรมพลศึกษา 2) กรม พลศึกษาเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบในการจัดการแข่งขันฟุตบอลนักเรียนในประเทศไทย 3) จัดการแข่งขันฟุตบอลโดยแบ่งเป็นประเภท ก ข ค ระบบลีก จัดการแข่งขันฟุตบอลโดยแบ่งเป็นระบบโซนตามภูมิภาค 4) ระยะเวลาในการดำเนินการแข่งขันฟุตบอล 6 เดือน โดยใช้ระบบลีก Tournament 5) ทีมที่เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันฟุตบอลนักเรียนในประเทศไทยแบ่งเป็นรุ่นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นและมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย 6) ควรจำกัดจำนวนทีมเพื่อไปเล่น small league 6 ทีม แต่ละภาค แล้วนำมาแข่งแบบ Tournament 7) ผู้ฝึกสอนฟุตบอลนักเรียนต้องผ่านวุฒิบัตร T License ของสมาคมกีฬาฟุตบอลแห่งประเทศไทย 8) อัตราส่วนของ  ผู้ฝึกสอนต่อผู้เล่นเป็น 2: 18 ผู้ช่วยผู้ฝึกสอน 3 - 5 คน 9) ผู้ฝึกสอนกีฬาฟุตบอลนักเรียนต้องมีวุฒิบัตร อย่างน้อยระดับ T License ของกรมพลศึกษา 10) กรมพลศึกษา สมาคมกีฬาฟุตบอลแห่งประเทศไทยและกระทรวงศึกษาธิการควรมีการวางแผนการทำงานร่วมกันและการประเมินคุณภาพการจัดการแข่งขันฟุตบอลนักเรียนแห่งประเทศไทยในแต่ละปีเพื่อนำมาปรับปรุงและพัฒนาได้ โรงเรียนมีการพัฒนานักกีฬาโดยใช้วิชาการด้านวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬาการใช้บริการสนามกีฬาการเชื่อมโยงพันธมิตรธุรกิจ และการสร้างกิจกรรมกีฬาที่ให้คนมีส่วนร่วมมาก ๆ เพื่อให้ธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วมลงทุน

Abstract

            This research aims to study the format of student football competitions in Thailand through integrated research. during descriptive research and future research There were 17 experts who gave interviews in the first round. The results of the interviews were analyzed and synthesized with basic information for consideration. according to the descriptive research model in order to obtain a format for organizing student football competitions in Thailand The researcher then created a questionnaire to study the format of the student football tournament in Thailand. To collect data with 40 people who have experience in working with football. The data was analyzed using a computer program. To calculate the median, baseline values, mean and interquartile ranges and to consider the coherence of the actual model of student football competitions in Thailand. And bring the results to a group discussion with 5 experts to consider the consistency of the model of organizing student football matches in Thailand that has the potential to actually happen.

            The results of the research revealed that the format of student football competitions in Thailand consisted of 1) students who participated in football competitions were divided into age groups 12-14-16-18 years according to the form of the Department of Physical Education 2) Department of Physical Education was responsible for Organize student football competitions in Thailand. 3) Organize football competitions in categories A. B. C. League system Organize football competitions by region system. 4) The duration of football competitions is 6 months using the League Tournament system. 5) Teams. 6) Should limit the number of teams to play in the small league, 6 teams in each region and then compete in a tournament format. 7) Student soccer coaches must pass a T certificate. License of the Football Association of Thailand 8) The ratio of coaches to players is 2: 18, assistant coaches 3-5 people. 9) Student soccer coaches must have a certificate. At least T License level of the Department of Physical Education 10) The Department of Physical Education, the Football Association of Thailand and the Ministry of Education should have a joint plan and assessment of the quality of student football competitions in Thailand each year to improve and develop The school develops athletes through the academic field of sports science, the use of sports fields, the linking of business partners. and the creation of sporting activities that involve a lot of people for related businesses to invest
