The guideline model of the excellence football training center in school

Abstract
This research has aimed to establish and develop the model of the developmental excellence football training centers in schools. The samples were divided 2 phases as first phase included 17 football expert from famous football school; and second phase included 9 expert that included 2 administrators, 4 football coaching, 2 football academy representatives and 1 football expert. The qualitative research procedure followed 2 phases. Phase1: Study factors in each element and developing guideline model of the excellence football training centers in schools and using data from document synthesis by deep interview 17 experts for analysis data and made the model of the excellence football training centers in schools as complete and possible to use. Phase 2 assess the possibility of the model by 9 experts. The data analysis was use the Modified Delphi technique.
The results showed that the composition study factors in each element and guideline model of the excellence football training centers in schools consists of 4 dimensions which were 1) policy dimension related to executives, policy and budget management; 2) input dimension relating to athletes, coach and sports science teams; 3) processes dimension including training management, participation in the competition, and academic learning along with football practice; and 4) output dimension: the team result in competition and sign with a professional football teams and promote to professional football players or in the Thailand national team. The guideline model of the excellence football training center in school is an appropriate and possible for apply to use.
