ศึกษาการรับรู้ การปฏิบัติ ปัญหา และแนวทางส่งเสริมการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ตามสภาพจริง ของครูผู้สอนสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดมหาสารคาม

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาการรับรู้ การปฏิบัติ ปัญหา และแนวทางส่งเสริม การวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ตามสภาพจริง ของครูผู้สอนสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดมหาสารคาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดมหาสารคาม จำนวน 235 คน คำนวณขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของ ทาโร่ ยามาเน่ และคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้เทคนิคการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์ และ แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่าง 0.80-1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง 0.22-0.70 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.94 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน สถิติทดสอบสมมุติฐาน t-test และ F-test สถิติวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้
1) ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดมหาสารคามมีระดับการรับรู้ การปฏิบัติ และ ปัญหาการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ตามสภาพจริง โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
2) ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดมหาสารคาม ที่มี เพศ วุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การสอน และสังกัดขนาดโรงเรียนต่างกัน มีการรับรู้ การปฏิบัติ และ ปัญหาการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ตามสภาพจริงไม่แตกต่างกัน
3) การวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้กับการปฏิบัติ การรับรู้กับปัญหา และการปฏิบัติกับปัญหาการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ตามสภาพจริง ของครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดมหาสารคาม พบว่า มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 แต่มีความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับค่อนข้างต่ำถึงปานกลาง
4) ครูผู้สอนสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดมหาสารคาม เห็นด้วยในระดับมากที่สุด กับแนวทางส่งเสริมการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ตามสภาพจริง ด้านการสนับสนุนด้านงบประมาณ วัสดุ อุปกรณ์การวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ตามสภาพจริง การจัดทำคู่มือแนวทางการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ตามสภาพจริง การสร้างเครือข่าย PLC แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้นวัตกรรมด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ตามสภาพจริง การอบรม สัมมนา ประชุมปฏิบัติการเกี่ยวกับการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ตามสภาพจริง และ การจัดหา หนังสือ ตำรา แหล่งค้นคว้า อ้างอิงเกี่ยวกับการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ตามสภาพจริง
