This article aims to analyze policies and practices related to circular agriculture and efforts to achieve carbon neutrality in South Korea's agricultural sector. The results show that South Korea has developed various policies and programs to promote sustainable agriculture, including the Eco-friendly Agriculture Promotion Act, voluntary greenhouse gas reduction programs, and a low-carbon agricultural product certification system. These policies have resulted in reduced greenhouse gas emissions, increased resource efficiency, and added value to agricultural products. However, significant challenges remain, such as high initial costs and lack of knowledge and skills among farmers. This artile recommends setting clear long-term goals, providing financial and technical support, promoting research and development, and raising awareness and community participation to encourage the transition to circular agriculture and achieve carbon neutrality in the agricultural sector. Lessons from South Korea's experience can be applied in other countries, especially in Southeast Asia, to develop sustainable agricultural systems and address climate change
