Abstract

This research aims to 1) study the roles of school administrators in promoting digital literacy skills of Lop Buri private school teachers, and 2) compare the roles of school administrators in promoting digital literacy skills of Lop Buri private school teachers, classified by gender, degree, work experience and position. The sample group used in this study was 285 school administrators and private school teachers in Lop Buri Province. The tools used for collecting data were questionnaires with reliability values of 0.991. Statistics used in the analysis include frequency distribution, percentage, average, standard deviation, T-test for sample divided into two groups, and one-way ANOVA when statistically significant differences are found, the differences are tested in pairs using the Schaffe's Method.

              The research has shown that. 1) The roles of school administrators in promoting digital literacy skills of Lop Buri private school teachers is generally very high. In terms of use, accessibility and understanding, it was found that the average was high in all aspects, and 2) Comparison of the roles of school administrators in promoting digital literacy skills of Lop Buri private school teachers classified according to their work experience varies statistically significantly at the level .05 and classified by gender, graduate, position is not different.
