Abstract

Evaluation of the project to promote the potential of Thai language learners Wiang Phang Kham Municipal School, Mae Sai District, Chiang Rai Province There is an objective of project evaluation. To evaluate the context (Context Evaluation), input factors (Input Evaluation), process (Process Evaluation) and output (Product Evaluation) of the project to promote the potential of Thai language learners. Wiang Phang Kham Municipal School, Mae Sai District, Chiang Rai Province Target groups used in project evaluation: 1) Educational institution administrators, 1 person. 2) Basic Education Commission, 8 people. 3) Teachers responsible for the project to promote the potential of Thai language learners, 1 person. 4) Teachers, number. 18 people 5) 128 students from Prathom 1 to Prathom 4, consisting of Prathom 1, 41 people, Prathom 2, 45 people, Prathom 3, 18 people, and 24 people in Grade 4 and 6) 128 parents of students in Grade 1 to 4th grade, consisting of 41 people in Grade 1 and 45 in Grade 2. There were 18 students in Grade 3 and 24 in Grade 4. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.

             The overall evaluation results found that all aspects of the evaluation criteria were passed. When considering each aspect They are arranged in descending order as follows: Process Evaluation: P is at a high level (μ = 4.50, σ = 0.56). Input Evaluation: I is at a high level (μ = 4.48, σ = 0.58) Context Evaluation (C) is at a high level (μ = 4.46, σ = 0.56) and Product Evaluation (P) is at a high level (μ = 4.06, σ = 1.10).
