Service Quality affecting satisfaction in land and building tax collection of Khon Kaen Municiplity , Amphoe Mueang , Khon Kaen Province

The purpose of this study was to study the service quality affecting the satisfaction of land and building tax collection services of Khon Kaen Municipality, Nai Mueang Subdistrict, Mueang District, Khon Kaen Province. This study is an estimative research. A 5-level estimation questionnaire was used as a research instrument. The sample group consisted of 200 people who had land and buildings in Khon Kaen municipality. Statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis.
The results of the study revealed that most of the samples were female, aged between 40-49 years old, holding a diploma or high vocational certificate with average monthly income between 20,001-30,000 baht. Service quality in land and building tax collection service, Trustworthiness aspect, The concrete of the service aspect, Responding to service recipients aspect, Regarding the confidence towards service recipients aspect and Knowing and understanding the service recipients aspect, it was found that the average was at a high level and the quality of land and building tax collection service was satisfactory in the collection service with statistical significance at the 0.05 level. The quality of land and building tax collection services in all 5 areas can jointly affect satisfaction in land and building tax collection services 57.09 percent.
