Abstract

            The real estate industry faces business operations in a highly competitive environment and the recent outbreak of COVID-19 has resulted in a rapid social adaptation. and dramatic changes, especially the introduction of various technologies to take care of and prevent the spread of COVID-19, such as the use of applications to track and prevent the spread of COVID-19 The impact of the Covid-19 epidemic has resulted in more people working from home (Work from home), thus using technology. and new innovations become part of living and working Therefore, by making people work at home more, there is a change in decision making in buying a home or behavior in making a decision to buy a home. As a result, there is a demand for horizontal housing rather than vertical. such as a condominium Real estate entrepreneurs therefore need to adjust to accommodate the changing lifestyle trends of people and there is an urgent need to bring innovations in real estate management to manage sudden change
