Abstract

Management innovation Build honesty, SEMA Model of Wat Kuiburi School. have a purpose 1) to study the condition of administrative problems Create honest habits for students at Wat Kuiburi School 2) Develop management innovations Create honest habits of SEMA Model for students at Wat Kuiburi School. 3) Experiment with management innovations. Create a SEMA Model of Honesty Habits to create honest habits for students at Wat Kuiburi School and 4) Assess and improve management innovations. Build honesty, SEMA Model of Wat Kuiburi School. The population in this study consisted of teachers, parents and students. The sample group consisted of 13 teachers, 9 basic education committees, 136 students' parents, and 136 students for the academic year 2020-2021. The tool was interview type, consisting of 3 issues: 1. ) An interview form on the problem of building honest habits of students at Wat Kuiburi School 2) An interview form for the management of the moral promotion project Ethics and Governance in Educational Institutions “Preventing Corruption” (School of Honesty Project) and 3) Interview Form for Management Innovations. Build honesty, SEMA Model of Wat Kuiburi School There were four questionnaires on the estimation scale: 1) questionnaires for teachers and basic education committees about the operating conditions of management innovations. Building Honest Habits SEMA Model of Wat Kuiburi School 2) Questionnaire on Building Honest Habits of Wat Kuiburi School Students for teachers 3) The questionnaire on building honesty habits of students at Wat Kuiburi School for students' parents and 4) questionnaire on building honesty habits of students at Wat Kuiburi School for students The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency ( f ), mean ( X ̅ ), percentage ( % ), standard deviation ( S.D. ) and t-value (Paired-Samples T-Test). The results showed that

  1. The problem of honesty The most problematic is discipline. Students are not responsible not send homework followed by sufficiency, rarely saving, mostly used up thinking process skills Students still lack analytical thinking and problem solving skills. Some of them think slow and some will find honesty. Likes to bring friends as their own It may be due to problems at home. Or do it until you get used to it until it becomes a habit. And finally, the public mind. Students still lack this in some groups that still need to be told, so do it. There are still few things that can be done without telling. for creating honest habits for students It depends on the context of that school. that you want to develop any aspect of honesty The school organizes activities that develop that behavior. And from interviews with every school, whether it's a model honest school. school network

Honestly, both 10% and 20% will have different management styles and activities, but all schools are the same. Including the creation of honest habits of Wat Kuiburi School, that is, the organization of activities that strengthen the honest habits of students in all 5 aspects of such school, namely Thinking process skills, discipline, honesty live in sufficiency and have a public mind

Build honesty, SEMA Model of Wat Kuiburi School which has elements of innovation as follows: S (Strong) Promotes physical, emotional, social and intellectual strength E (Everyone) Encourages everyone to participate in cultivating the 5 characteristics of the Honest School M (Moral) Promotes morality, upholds the 5 precepts, and A ( Activity ) Promotes activities to enhance the 5 characteristics of the Sukhothai School.   2. Results of the trial of management innovation Build Honest Habits SEMA Model to create honest habits among students. Building Honest Habits SEMA Model of Wat Kuiburi School, Academic Year 2021, overall is at the highest level. At a high level 3) Progress in building honest habits of the academic year 2021 compared to the academic year 2020 had an average total increase of 0.57 and 4) the formation of 5 good habits among students. The mean of honesty formation in the academic year 2021 was significantly higher than the average of honesty formation in the academic year 2020 at a statistical level of .05.
  3. Evaluating and improving management innovation Build honesty, SEMA Model of Wat Kuiburi School by assessing from interviews with teachers. Parents and students found that everyone interviewed had ideas. Agree on management innovation Create honest habits SEMA Model that answers the questions that match the habits of students. Help to adjust the behavior of students to be better. both discipline Integrity, self-sufficiency, help with household chores, thoughtful, and all interviewees rated that innovation was appropriate for inculcating honesty among students.
