Developing of Vehicle Maintenance Performance Skills through Davies’ Instructional Model Accompany of Multi Media of The Third Year Students of Vocational Certificate Level

Abstract

The purposes of this research were compared the skills of operating car maintenance with the 75 percent threshold and to compare the learning achievement before and after the Davies conceptual learning management with mixed media. The target group of this research consisted of the third year student of vocational certificate level in the field of automotive mechanics. Yasothon Technical College Office, 15 students obtained by Cluster Random Sampling for 1 classroom. The research tools were divided into three categories including Davies' Practical Skills Learning Management Plan with Mixed Media, Achievement test and Vehicle maintenance skills test. Statistics used in data analysis such as Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test (Dependent Sample) and One Sample t –test.

            The results of the research found that Students have practical skills in car maintenance after receiving Davies’instructional model accompany with multi media higher than the 75 percent threshold that was statistically significant at the .05 level and students have academic achievement after Davies’instructional model accompany with learning management with multi media higher than before statistically significant at the .05 level.
