Abstract

Specific purposes of this research aimed to study the current and desirable conditions of community participation in a learning management on sufficiency agriculture learning center, developing model of community participation a learning management, and study affecting the used to model. A mixed method research via action research and evaluation by CIPPEST model to data methods with Bankhambong village, by key informant of community leaders, community sages, director, teachers and students in Bankhambong school, include general populations, and the sample of 150 persons to Community Leader, Community Sage

came from documentary study, interview questionnaire, development project assessment of sufficiency characteristics according CIPPEST evaluation frameworks and the evaluation and questionnaires of 5 ratting scales to data analysis was analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis, frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, include Priority Needs Index Modified.

The majors findings to the current and desirable conditions of community participation in a learning management on sufficiency agriculture learning center of high levels, the highest need of mutual benefit and co-implementation respectively. Also, factors to model of community participation a learning management such as, 1) principle and objective, 2) input, 3) community participation, 4) impact, 5) successful, 6) feed-back, and 7) sustainable. By usefulness, feasibility, suitability, and correctness to model of most levels. Affecting the used to model of sufficiency characteristics according CIPPiest model

of most levels(= 4.58, S.D.= 0.43). And the satisfaction to model of most levels(= 4.53, S.D.= 0.47) .
