Human Resource Management Affecting Operational Efficiency of Entrepreneurship Elderly Care Business in Thailand

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the human resource management of elderly care business operators in Thailand 2) to study the operational efficiency of elderly care business operators in Thailand 3) to test the relationship between the elderly care business operators in Thailand human resource management and the operational efficiency of elderly care business operators in Thailand 4) to test the impact of human resource management on the operational efficiency of elderly care business operators in Thailand Data were collected from 215 elderly care business operators in Thailand and used a questionnaire as a tool. The statistics used in the data analysis were multiple correlation analysis. simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis.             

The results of the research revealed that elderly care business operators in Thailand There are also opinions about the human resource management. overall and in each aspect at the highest level, i.e., compensation and other benefits Training and Development and recruiting and selection and elderly care business operators in Thailand There are opinions too about the efficiency of the operation. overall and in each aspect the highest level was the satisfaction of all parties. and the operational process.

From the relationship and impact analysis, it was found that 1) human resource management human resource planning There is a positive relationship and impact on overall operational efficiency in terms of satisfaction of all parties. in the operational process and the procurement and utilization of resource factors 2) human resource management recruiting and selection There is a positive relationship and impact on overall operational efficiency. Achieve success goals 3) Human resource management Training and Development There is a positive correlation and impact on overall operational efficiency in achieving achievement goals. satisfaction of all parties in the operational process and the procurement and utilization of resource factors 4) humanresource management Compensation and other benefits There is a positive correlation and impact on overall operational efficiency in achieving achievement goals. satisfaction of all parties in the operational process and the procurement and utilization of resource factors. 5) Human resource management. Performance appraisal There is a positive correlation and impact on overall operational efficiency in operational processes. and the procurement and utilization of resource factors.
