A Model of Local Education Management of Provincial Administrative Organizations

Abstract

The research purposes were to search 1) To study current conditions and the need for model development. 2) To develop a model. 3) To assess and experiment with the model. This research is a combined method. by studying the documents collect questionnaire data 152 people, 28 interviews, model synthesis through Delphi technique, 15 people, trial and evaluation a Model of Educational Management in the Bilingual Education System by Emphasis Participation of the Community 48 people, quantitative data analysis by fundamental statistics, qualitative data analysis section by contextual content analysis method.

The evaluation of the experimental model, it was found that the knowledge and understanding before participating in the experiment was at level 3 with a mean score (=3.32), after participating in a level 4 with a mean score (=4.07).
