A Model of Educational Management in the Bilingual Education System by Emphasis Participation of the Community of Schools under the Roi Et Secondary Education Service Area Office

This research aimed to study 1) study the needs and necessities of the bilingual education system with an emphasis on community participation. 2) develop a model of educational management in the dual education system with an emphasis on community participation. 3) study the results of the trial using a model of educational management in the dual education system with an emphasis on community participation. 4) to evaluate the experimental results using the model. This research is a combined method by studying the document Collected questionnaires for 136 people, quantitative data analysis by basic statistics and qualitative data analysis by contextual content analysis method.
The results of the research were as follows: 1) The needs and necessities of the bilingual education management model found that there were 3 main components and 13 subcomponents. (1)Education management in the dual education system overall, it's at a high level consider each aspect, it was found that the average was at a high level all 4 sides sort averages from smallest to largest system and mechanism, management process, in determining the relevant persons and the least is strategy. (2) Study of the components and indicators of the bilingual education system it was found that there were 4 main components and 15 sub-components. 2) Educational management model of the dual education system in conclusion, the expert panel agreed that elements should be adjusted to the rest 3 components, 13 indicators 3) The experimental model found that it can be effective in applying to the community context in the school environment because of the educational management in the form of bilingual education is a new dimension of education management and graduates have more opportunities to find work. Able to respond to learning management in the 21st century by focusing on the students as important. 4) Evaluation of the model trial (1) Number and percentage of participants in the experiment were female 57.50%, male 42.50%, teacher status 55.00%, executive 45.00%. (2) The assessment results were knowledge and understanding before joining with an average score of 3.32, after participating with a mean score of 4.07. with a mean score of 4.25.(3) Participants can apply with an average score of 4.32.
