The spread of the coronavirus disease 2019 has affected the lives and economic conditions of the people at large. The most affected sectors are the economic sectors. which is the part that affects the lives of the people in the mass. The objectives of this research are 1. Study the effectiveness of policy implementation 2. Study the situation outcome, problems, obstacles, and attitudes of the people 3. To find ways to increase productivity It is an integrated research method. The target group and the sample group are people who are entitled to the Half Off program, and We Win program. The research tools were interview forms and questionnaires. The results showed that
- 1. Policy Implementation Effectiveness (1) People's attitude towards the Half Off program is very high (2) People's attitude towards the We Win program is very high 3) Shoppers' attitude towards the Half Off program for each person is at a very high level. (4) The store's attitude towards the We Win program is very high.
- 2. Policy implementation situation: People tend to have problems with identity verification. The system has problems when a lot of people use it. Results includes most of the people thinks that it helps to reduce the cost of living, but the shops lack liquidity in the circulation of funds and goods. Problems and obstacles include system performance that is not efficient enough. and the lack of people's ability to use technology Most public attitudes think that the two programs are not even in term of eligibility and should be cash instead as the need for money for each person is not the same.
- 3. Approaches to increase efficiency include (1) improving the speed of the system (2) improving the stability of the system (3) improving the user interface (4) increasing the type of necessary products (5) providing Credit limit to help people through smart card identification (6) Survey the people's demand for products (7) Free and comprehensive public internet service.
