Model for Competency Development of Administrators of Provincial Offices and Branches in the Central Northeastern Region

The objectives of this research were 1) To study the competency level of provincial and branch land office administrators in the central northeastern region. 2) To study factors affecting the performance of the administrators of the provincial land office and branches in the northeast Central part 3) To create a competency development model for the administrators of the provincial land office and branches in the central northeastern region 4) To confirm the competency of the administrators of the provincial land offices and branches in the central northeast. This is a mixed research divided into 3 phases, namely Phase 1 to study the competency level of Provincial Land Office Administrators and Branches in the Central Northeast and to study factors affecting the performance of Provincial Land Office Administrators and Branches in the Region. Northeastern Central Phase 2 to create a competency development model of provincial land office administrators and branches in the middle northeast Phase 3 to confirm the suitability of the competency development model of provincial land office administrators. And branches in the northeast and central regions The samples and key informants used in this research were divided into 3 groups: 420 civil servants under the Provincial Land Office and branches in the northeastern region. Establish a competency development model of 15 provincial and branch land office administrators in the northeastern region and experts in verifying the suitability of the competency development model of provincial land office administrators and branches in the northeast region. In the north, the number of 5 people use a specific randomness. The research tool, such as a questionnaire, had the confidence value of 0.990.
The results of the research were as follows: 1) Competency level of the administrators of the provincial land offices and branches in the central northeastern region can be concluded that 2) The factors affecting the performance of the provincial land office administrators and branches in the northeastern region were statistically significant at the .05 level, namely strategic leadership factors. Work empowerment factor and achievement incentives, all of which were able to jointly explain the variability of the performance of the provincial land office administrators and branches in the central northeastern region with a forecast of 67.30 percent. (R2 = 0.673) and the model was consistent with the empirical data. ( = 161.660, = 106, /=1.525, CFI = 0.984, TLI = 0.979, RMSEA = 0.035, SRMR = 0.032) 3) The competency development model for administrators of provincial land offices and branches in the central northeastern region consisted of strategic leadership factors. The empowerment factor and achievement motive factor. 4) Confirmation of the development model of competency development of the provincial land office administrators and branches in the central northeastern region were found to be at the highest level.
