Development of Academic Competencies of Rajabhat University Lecturers

The purpose of this research was to study the guidelines for the development of academic competence of Rajabhat University lecturers. Data source for research samples of 375 people. The target group is experts, academics, and experts, totaling 10 people. The tools used for the collection were questionnaires and interview forms. Data Analysis by Qualitative Methods. The results showed that;
The guidelines for the development of academic competence of Rajabhat University lecturers consist of (1) Principles for the development of academic competency promotion, such as searching for development needs, developing strategic planning, driving development projects, monitoring and evaluating personnel development projects. (2) Approaches for competency development include self-development, training and study visits, further education, management, operational processes, performance evaluation, (3) Urgent development policies, including formulating personnel development plans, managing obstacles to operations, and driving personnel development.
