Abstract

The research purposes were to study the level and to compare the operations of internal supervision of schools in Doem Bang Nang Buat District, Suphan Buri Province, classified by experience. The population was the primary school teachers in Doem Bang Nang Buat District, Suphan Buri Province; the sample group was the 217 teachers. The research instrument was the 5-level estimate rating scale questionnaire. The data analysis statistics were the mean, standard deviation, and t-test.

            The research findings were:

  1. The operations of internal supervision of schools in Doem Bang Nang Buat District, Suphan Buri Province found the overall and each aspect were at high level. When each aspect found the highest mean was the planning aspect, followed by the education, current conditions problems and needs aspect, the operational supervision aspect, and the last was the monitoring and evaluation aspect.
  2. The teachers with different of experience had the opinion on the operations of internal supervision of schools in Doem Bang Nang Buat District, Suphan Buri Province found the overall and each aspect did not different.
